LocJam5

Greetings! This is my submission for 2022 LocJam5, the traditional Chinese(Taiwan) version of the game Intergalactic Wizard Force!

(P.S. A lot to be QA still but overall the translation is properly implemented. Already know a couple of encoding/tofu issues and will fix them in the future)

First time joining the LocJam and I, fortunately, got to finish the translation all by myself by the due. Looking forward to any feedback and hope you enjoy my work!
